The master suite is also downstairs with king bed and full-size bunk beds, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the meadow with the hot tub. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom. The bathroom is not connecting to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi and a smart televisions throughout the condo. The living room also has a gas fireplace and leads to the upper second deck with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining set.

Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee. You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code.
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.
HOA Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County.
