Our PET FRIENDLY 3BR/2.5BA waterfront home is spacious and comfortably appointed with beautiful lagoon views and abundant natural lighting throughout. Soak in the hot tub, BBQ, Kayak, play a game of pool, or take in a movie on the 56″ flat screen TV. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware & dishes and we provide fresh towels, luxury white bedding, and extra blankets and pillows to keep you warm and comfortable. You will find virtually everything you need to make for a memorable stay in Tahoe!
Our lagoon, “Lake Tallac” is fed by the waters of Lake Tahoe and is perfect for kayaks, paddle boarding, fishing or other water toys that can be transported by foot and launched from our dock. The lagoon is about 10-15 feet deep and 1/2 mile long, and please note there are no motorized watercraft allowed and no direct access to Lake Tahoe from the lagoon. If you are bringing a boat or jet ski to Tahoe you can rent a slip and launch from the Tahoe Keys Marina where they also rent boats, kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards, and more.

Regulations During Quiet Hours:
– HOT TUB USE IS FORBIDDEN DURING QUIET HOURS.
– No loud music or excessive noise.
– Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated.
– Non-compliance may result in a $1,000 fine.
During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.
Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
