Back in 2016, Ally took a bold leap from her corporate career with 13 years of experience in the resort and hospitality sector. Her passion for creating exceptional guest experiences drove her to purchase a small condo at the top of Kingsbury Grade. Leaving her job behind, she and her husband backpacked across South America, renting out their condo on Airbnb. What began as a means to support their travels quickly transformed into a thriving business model.
Her knack for staging spaces and customer service laid the foundation for Elevated Escapes Tahoe. Upon returning home, Ally’s reputation grew, turning her experience into a full-fledged property management service known for delivering memorable guest stays and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
Brandon’s story started in October 2004 when he relocated to Tahoe, inspired by a friend to step into property management. By 2008, armed with real estate and property management licenses, he began managing two properties in Pinewild. Initially slow, he balanced property management with bartending. Six years later, his dedication paid off, as the number of properties under his care began to grow.
This success led him to pursue property management full-time, eventually joining Re/Max to expand his business. His expertise in maintenance, inspections, and vacation rentals solidified Tahoe All Seasons Properties as a reliable name in the industry.
Ally and Brandon met through mutual friends in 2019. Their casual encounters evolved into a budding camaraderie, sharing solutions to common issues in their respective businesses. They recognized each other as invaluable resources and soon discovered their strengths complemented each other perfectly.
While Brandon excelled in cleaning, maintenance, and inspections, Ally was a master of staging, listing optimization, and revenue management. Their professional relationship blossomed as they realized the potential of combining their talents.
In 2024, acknowledging the synergy of their skills, Ally and Brandon decided to merge their companies, giving birth to Elevated Tahoe Properties. This new venture not only streamlined their strengths and weaknesses but also united their teams into a powerhouse of expertise.
